• 1.1. Home Centric & Scents is a registered Kenyan retail business specializing in premium home fragrance essentials, scented candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, authentic Arabian and designer perfumes, body mists, moisturizers, and curated body care products.
• 1.2. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
• 1.3. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Orders

• 2.1. All products displayed on our storefront are subject to stock availability.
• 2.2. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, volume specifications, and images. However, slight variations in packaging or photographic lighting may occur.
• 2.3. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice, but will not affect confirmed, completed orders.
• 2.4. Orders are considered confirmed once payment or order checkout details have been verified by our team.

3. Payment

• 3.1. Payments can be made via Lipa na M-Pesa, card, bank transfer, or other authorized payment options provided at checkout.
• 3.2. All payments must be completed in full before order processing and courier dispatch, except for authorized pay-on-delivery arrangements within designated service zones.

4. Delivery

• 4.1. Our Delivery Policy outlines the terms of product delivery, including coverage across Nairobi and nationwide shipping across all 47 counties in Kenya.
• 4.2. Home Centric & Scents is not responsible for transit delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, roadblocks, or regional courier service disruptions.

5. Returns and Refunds

• 5.1. Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all returns, replacements, and refund evaluations.
• 5.2. For hygiene and safety standards, opened, sprayed, or used personal fragrances, body care items, and lit candles cannot be returned unless verified to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
• 5.3. Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1. Home Centric & Scents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. Customers are advised to follow all product safety warnings, candle burning guidelines, and skin sensitivity instructions.
• 7.2. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim is strictly limited to the actual purchase cost of the product.
