We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya. From Nairobi and Kisumu to Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding counties, your orders are handled with care and dispatched promptly.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Countrywide Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your county destination.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders within Nairobi and its environs placed before 2:00 PM.
- Careful Packaging: Fragrance bottles, diffusers, and glass candle vessels are securely bubble-wrapped to guarantee safe transit.
3. Delivery Options and Store Pickup
- Rider Delivery within Nairobi: Fast direct door delivery by dispatch rider.
- Countrywide Parcel Courier: Reliable regional courier service with parcel tracking.
- Free In-Store Pickup: Pick up your order directly from our Nairobi store (Hison Plaza, Biashara Street) or Kisumu store (West End Mall).
4. Delivery Process & Order Confirmation
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an update with your delivery details.
- On the day of delivery, our rider or courier partner will contact you directly to coordinate the drop-off time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate and active so our team can reach you. In case of failed delivery attempts due to unreachable contacts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon delivery:

8. Refund and Returns Policy (72 Hours)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, with all safety seals and original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase or payment confirmation is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
