Bank Transfers
All payments must be completed before orders are processed except for Nairobi and Kisumu where Payment on delivery is offered.

Shipping & Delivery

Nairobi & Kisumu: Delivery within 1 day.
Other regions in Kenya: Delivery within 1–2 days.
We currently deliver within Kenya only.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds: Only issued if a product is out of stock. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
Returns: We do not accept product returns.
Exchanges: Can be done within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in original condition.
